All prints are made to order and inspected by The Artist prior to shipping. As such, all purchases are non-refundable. We insist on strict quality control throughout the entire print process, which includes careful curation of industry best printers, framers and shipping suppliers to ensure that each print is represented in the finest quality and arrives to you in pristine condition.
In the rare case that your print arrives visually defective, opened or damaged upon delivery, we ask that you insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for delivery. If you have received the wrong item, please get in touch with us immediately so that the issue can be evaluated and made right. Items damaged during unpacking or hanging are not subject to return.
